GENERALLY

When you buy from us, all transactions are covered by Swedish legislation and unless otherwise stated, reference is made to the Consumer Purchasing Act, the Consumer Services Act and the Act on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises (the Distance Contracts Act).

In order to shop through www.kwbtt.com you must either be of legal age or have the attorneys’ permission to enter into an agreement.

The order is binding as soon as ONEPan AB has received your order. Please note that in the event of any price errors or other errors, and which are of such a nature that you have realized, or should realize, that there was an error, ONEPan AB is not bound by the agreement.

You always have the opportunity to undo the purchase according to current legislation. See point about Return Policy.

When ONEPan AB receives your order, ONEPan AB will confirm this and automatically send a confirmation of the order via e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. Read the order confirmation carefully. If the confirmation does not match your desired order, please contact ONEPan AB e-mail: info@kwbtt.com and provide the order number.

ONEPan AB reserves for price increases, price errors, currency changes, fee changes, sold goods, back orders, typos, force majeure and in cases where delivery to you is delayed due to. that the shipping company is unable to deliver to you on an agreed time.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.

  • The cost for shipping within Sweden is 69 SEK.

For shipping outside of Sweden there will be a shipping fee depending on the country. Email us if you wish to order outside of Sweden.

  • For return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
  • If the items you order is defective. The claims is free of charge.
  • We want you to get your order as soon as possible. We therefore try to send your goods so you have them within:
    • Sweden: 4-6 working days
    • We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.

 

ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS OF DELIVERY

  • To get delivery to another address, you need to enter it at check-out.
  • Klarnas terms (only when paid with Klarna Invoice or Account) require us to deliver the order to an address on which you are registered.

 

DELIVERY TO MINORS

  • Without permission from legal guardian, we do not deliver to persons under the age of 18.

 

PAYMENT

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here:

  • Split the bill: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly installments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.   • Direct banking: Available in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct Debit: Available in Germany, Sweden, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
  • Card Payments: Available in Germany. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Split the bill and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

RETURN POLICY

  • According to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods.
  • In case of dispute, we comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.
  • Goods returned must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will refund the product value.
  • Returns are sent together with name, order number and reason for the return.
  • For return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

GUARANTEE

When purchasing ONEPan AB products, a 1-year warranty is included.

PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT RETRIEVED

Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all parcels that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you return shipping, handling and fees.

COMPLAINT

  • You as a customer have the right to claim a product if its characteristics differ from what we promised.
  • For all and any complaints, please contact us at info@kwbtt.com .
  • Three years’ right of complaint is in accordance with the Consumer Buying Act.
  • The consumer is compensated for any shipping costs incurred in connection with the complaint.
