1 ready-made pizza dough (or make your own)
1 red onion
150g fresh chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
A handful of fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
100g smetana
100g grated mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
-
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
-
Roll out the pizza dough on a OneSheet or a OneTray to your desired thickness and shape. (No need to preheat your OnePan trays).
-
Spread the smetana evenly over the pizza dough.
-
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the smetana.
-
In a frying pan, heat up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the red onions and chanterelle mushrooms. Sauté them until they are tender, and the mushrooms have a bit of color.
-
Distribute the sautéed red onions and chanterelles evenly over the pizza.
-
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
-
Bake in the oven at 220°C (430°F) for approximately 10 minutes or until the pizza dough is golden brown, and the cheese has melted.
-
Remove your Pinza from the oven, sprinkle the fresh dill over it, and serve immediately.
