4 tbsp smetana or creme fraiche

- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat (70% of stove capacity). Sauté your preferred veggies or fillings until they are tender and flavorful.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream/water, and smetana. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper for that perfect taste.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed ingredients and transfer the entire mixture to a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the omelette is golden and cooked through.
- Once out of the oven, serve your baked omelette immediately.
