- Set the oven to 250 ° (fan-oven).
- Mix yogurt with grated garlic and chopped mint. Season with salt.
- Halve the vegetables and potatoes, placing them in a bowl along with chicken and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Season with your preferred spice blend, salt, and the juice of one lime.
